From gyms in Encinitas to ballfields in Vista, North County Sports Group was founded to change that. To prove that community-run clubs can compete without becoming corporate machines.
We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides the back-office infrastructure community youth sports clubs need to operate like real organizations. Insurance coverage, facility access, compliance management, and operational support.
We don’t run your club. We don’t franchise it. We give you everything you need to run it well.
From Dime Basketball to Thrashers Baseball, every club in our network gets the same tools, the same support, and the same shot at building something that lasts. Without selling out to do it.

Insurance & Compliance
General liability and accident coverage, background check coordination, and certification tracking. All managed under our nonprofit umbrella.
Facility Access
We’ve built relationships with gyms, parks, and school facilities from Carlsbad to San Marcos and everywhere in between. Member clubs get access we’ve negotiated, at rates an informal group never could.
Nonprofit Umbrella
Operate under our 501(c)(3). Your families’ dues become tax-advantaged. Your club becomes grant-eligible. Your organization becomes legitimate overnight.

Based in Encinitas, Dime offers year-round youth basketball development for athletes across multiple age groups. NCSG’s flagship club and the model for what a well-run community program looks like.
Competitive youth baseball for 12U athletes in the Carlsbad and Oceanside area. Spring and summer seasons with a focus on player development and team culture.
A dual-level baseball program serving youth athletes and college-level players in the Vista and San Marcos area. One of the few clubs operating at multiple competitive levels.
